Roadside Assistance
Roadside assistance is intended for common problems that can often be resolved without transporting the vehicle. TowDaddy coordinates battery boosts, mobile tire changes, emergency fuel delivery and vehicle lockout assistance when the vehicle is safely accessible and the request matches the service scope.
If roadside help cannot make the vehicle safe to drive, dispatch can escalate the request to eligible flatbed towing.
Light- and Medium-Duty Towing
TowDaddy provides light- and medium-duty flatbed towing for eligible vehicles and equipment within capacity.
Eligibility may depend on weight, length, width, height, vehicle condition, ground clearance, loading access, securement requirements and available equipment capacity. TowDaddy does not provide heavy-duty towing.

Commercial Fleet Support
Commercial operators can request fleet roadside assistance, commercial flatbed towing, breakdown support, vehicle relocation, scheduled fleet transport and approved equipment transfers within capacity. Fleet unit numbers and dispatcher contacts can be included to align with internal operations.
